Pricing for Products is subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices listed are accurate but cannot guarantee the availability of any specific price.
3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order for our Products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

We are not responsible for any issues related to the processing of payments, including delays, errors, or failed transactions.
4. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery for kettle corn favors within 10 miles for free. For locations beyond 10 miles, a custom delivery quote will be provided based on distance.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

All orders are considered final once placed. Cancellations or changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

We do not offer refunds for Products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
6. Customization of Products

We offer customization options for our Products at no additional cost, including adding logos or messages to the bags.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, or messaging for customization. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Event Services

We offer onsite popcorn bar services for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Details and pricing for these services must be arranged by contacting us directly.

Event bookings are subject to availability, and we require a minimum deposit to confirm the booking.

Cancellation of event services must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Hudson Family Kettle Corn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
